La Bubulle à Jeannot

A PetNat wine (Petillant Naturel) made from short maceration of Syrah. Light cherry colour in the glass, the nose evokes strawberries and raspberries, on the palate, it is soft, almost sweet, fresh and straight with fine bubbles. Perfect for an aperitif. We could drink this by the bucket!
