Le Petit Bénéfice 2019

This is a bottle that packs a punch. The nose will draw back in for another sniff, you get the intensity of a really powerful Chardonnay with hints of butter and wood, with a sense of something fruiter from the Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, there is an intense but engaging acidity, delivered on a satisfying fruit expression making this a great food wine. We would recommend serving this chilled and giving it twenty minutes to open. It pairs perfectly with a charcuterie board or a roast chicken.
