Malvasia de Sitges is a rare strain of Malvasia native to the region surrounding the town of Sitges in Catalunya. This exquisite white wine presents a complex, Mediterranean character that is both bold and refreshing. On the nose, you'll be greeted by delicate floral aromas intertwined with hints of honeyed green apple, a touch of vanilla pod, and subtle tropical fruit undertones. The palate offers a delightful array of white fruit flavours, accompanied by precise and well-balanced acidity, as well as a consistent minerality that lingers throughout the length of the pallet, with a touch of salt on the finish.
For the best experience, we recommend serving chilled. If possible, decanting it prior to serving will enhance its qualities even further.
