This Pinot Noir is an excellent example of how lovely this variety can be grown and made in Alsace - The concentration of a Burgundy on a wide palate, along with mineral notes. It is now very enjoyable as a juicy, generous natural wine, however for those who like to cellar wines, we would recommend keeping one for anything from 5-10 years.
Produced from the known "Pierre Chaudes" parcel, stocks typically disappear quickly and so availability is scarce. We recommend serving just under room temperature.
