Pinot Noir Salzhof 2019

A Pinot Noir Salzhof coming from one of the best terroirs in Alsace, a south-facing plot located in the Salzhof "liu-dit" just above the Kirchberg Grand Cru. Its a powerful wine, silky and classy with fantastic ageing potential. We recommend opening some 20 minutes before drinking and enjoying it slowly as it "opens" and reveals more of the aroma and palate complexity. Certainly a natural wine for a special event and/or intimate, quiet dinners with your close ones.
