This wine reveals its entire content since it was vinified and matured without any intervention. The Pinto Gris Nature 2019 is subtle at first, but it reveals aromas of ripe fruit (pear or peach) during aeration. The palate features a fresh assault with a lot of volume and aromas, followed by a salty finish.
It may be served simply with roast pork, gratin, or vegetable dish. Pinto Gris Nature is a white wine that has not been filtered before bottling, so it has beautiful cloudiness.
