INFO ON GROWER
Quinta Cova Da Raposa, led by winemaker Manuel Sousa Taxa, cultivates organic vines in a small 3Ha farm in the outskirts of Braga. The soils are granitic and sandy and the vineyard facing South. The main variety is Alvarinho, with very low yields and also Avesso and Trajadura. Manuel works with his partner Fernando Paiva with whom he shares the ideal of producing natural wines. Since 2016 all the wines bottled in Quinta Cova da Raposa have no sulphur added
