Sometimes a combination of elements come together to create a fantastic result which in this case is a coherent, elegant rosé wine that in our eyes reaches a form of perfection in its own realm. And what is the realm? what do we look for in a rosé? A lovely colour in the glass, freshness, fruitiness, a touch of complexity and high drinkability.. These are all comfortably there, however it is the ease in which these elements are all balanced together perfectly that is so remarkable. This wine disappears of the bottle disconcertingly quickly. We recommend serving chilled.
