If you are looking for a classic tasting, sparkling wine from a cult producer, this may be the one for you. Julien Altaber, a Burgundy prodigy, combines Gamay and Aligoté to produce a Pet Nat that is both pure and classy. In the glass, its lovely light pink, the Gamay lends this bottle a satisfying crunch and balanced acidity whilst the Aligoté adds flavours of vanilla and a silky mouthfeel. Whilst the bubbles appear quite large they are very soft meaning that this wine feels well rounded and satisfyingly complex. We recommend serving this cold. It would pair well with a charcuterie board.
