Spookfontein 2013

Spookfontein 2013 is made from 100% Cabernet Franc, vinified in the Swartland, South Africa by English winemaker Tim Herring. Its a big and luscious natural red wine - a Cabernet Franc very different from the ones coming from the Loire; It is round, powerful and had gained extraordinary silkiness through time in the barrel and bottle.
Excellent for a cold winter's day to sip on its own, or with a meal of grilled meat or lamb. Serve at room temperature, decanting encouraged where possible, we recommend opening 1-2 hours before serving.
