Bourgogne Epineuil 2019

A superb example of just how good can some of Burgundy's lesser-known places/appellations be. In this case, Epineuil, some 100 miles North East of Dijon and home-terroir of these Pinot Noir Grapes. It's also an example of how exciting the wines of Nicholas Vauthier who is the Negociant (grape buying) Domaine Vini Viti Vinci can be.

Following from a horrendously damaging frost in early 2021, this wine and others will be slightly more expensive as Nicholas bottle availability went from low to very scarce. Proper Burgundy in its uninterrupted glory.
