A pure Pet Nat (naturally made sparkling wine - "Petillant Naturel") produced from the aromatic variety Gelber Muketeller (Yellow Muscat) cultivated in strong biodynamic viticulture in the wine region of Burgenland.
This wine needs 30-40 minutes to show reveal its full spectrum of aroma and taste, and also for the very lively bubbles to soften/settle down.
It is then a delicious party of exotic fruit and floral aromas that is ultra-refreshing, accessible and fun. The bubbles will last in the bottle for at least 2-3 days, and the wines keep developing and unravelling.
