A great iteration of Fleurie that achieves a pretty unique feat; it is juicy and dangerously drinkable yet with a fine structure that is accurately positioned between being velvety and airiness/freshness. For maximum pleasure, sort a nice platter of cheese and charcuterie and you've got yourself an evening sorted. Serve slightly chilled (25-30 minutes in the fridge) and open 5-10 minutes before drinking.
