A signature, pure wine from Domaine Tatsis in Macedonia Greece. This high quality, hand-selected parcels of Malagouzia have been gently squeezed and macerated with the skins for 30 days followed by 12 months maturation in used oak barrels, which gives it a dark amber colour. It is a charming and special wine; It gives generous aromas of floral honey, ripe figs, clove white rose and botanicals, that elegantly lead to a wide palate of great tension and good acidity balanced by silky tannins, wrapped in a mildly dense texture. It achieves all of that at comfortable 12% alc, which ticks all the boxes for a fresh and powerful orange wine that is different yet approachable at the same time. Serve at 10-12c. Would pair very well with North African or Thai cuisine. Read less
