Bulle Nature Blanc

Brilliant Sparkling ancestral (Also known as Pet Nat) made from a delicious blend of Groslot Gris and Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc (white vinification) and a tiny splash of Chardonnay with a strict "Nothing added nothing taken away" approach. It is hard to get your hands off of this one - fine and fragrant aromas of apples and hot pastries and a palate of generous bubbles with a finish that is frank, finely bitter, sweet without being sweet, very apple/quince/citrus confit.
