Alpino Rosato 2019 (Pinot Noir)

Cantina Furlani in Trentino produces a series of purely made, juicy and delicious sparkling wines. This lovely pink Petnat is made from 100% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) that seems to run out of the bottle a little too effortlessly. That colour! you will hear that quite a lot if you would be kind enough to share with other people, but there is more to it; it's a light and refreshing drink yet with an added layer of complexity that makes it stand out and be memorable.

Excellent on its own but also with mild veined cheese such as Stilton or Roquefort for example. Serve cold. We recommend opening 10 minutes before serving. (You can open the bottle and return it into the fridge. Also, the special crown cap should plug back on and seal the bottle)
